Description:
Chair based exercises.
Classes are held in the Lower Hall at St Mark's Heyside and are led by fully qualified instructors who specialise in exercise for older adults.

Classes are safe. effective, social and fun. The class starts with a gentle warm up followed by exercises that work the whole body.
